I am a Chartered Accountant and computer engineer with over 35 years' experience across senior finance, technology, transformation and advisory roles.

My career has included CIO, CFO, CEO/co-founder, interim executive and project leadership roles across engineering, healthcare, pharma, financial services, distribution, public and semi-state organisations. That background gives me a practical understanding of how strategy, finance, operations and technology decisions interact in real organisations.

Much of my work sits where technology investment needs to deliver measurable business advantage. That includes board advisory, business strategy leveraging IT, AI deployment, fractional CIO/CFO support and project recovery.

I have led and supported major transformation work including ERP implementation, business process redesign, IT strategy, outsourcing, analytics capability development, cloud adoption, operational restructuring and governance improvement.

My approach is independent, practical and outcome-focused. I help boards and leadership teams make better decisions, strengthen delivery, and ensure that technology investment is connected to real business value.
